After landing an assistant role with Bud Hopes Casting after graduating from the Diploma of Screen and Media program with a special focus on Filmmaking at New York Film Academy Australia, Manon went on to lead the background and extras casting coordination for feature films such as Aquaman, Pacific Rim: Uprising, Thor: Ragnarok, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and Kong: Skull Island.

Lewis served as the third assistant director for the Netflix hit Extraction, starring Chris Hemsworth. She was also the third assistant director for Marvel’s highly-anticipated Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Kate, and Thor: Love and Thunder.
